Amenities and benefits. Work culture is great. Feels like a family even thought it's a bit company

Cons

Pay rate is not the greatest. Certain positions require multiple hats. Significant raise is not always automatic.

great team work the team in both back and front office made it bearable to come in for a shift.

Cons

Site Management never in office , never answers employees phone calls or text messages when in need. Site manager hiding in office when a patient is upset or needing to speak to her. Unprofessional. Company has you working through lunches and breaks did not bother HR , Regional Manager , Site manager not one bit knowing their employees were working through their lunches No raises ever, not even after 2 years of being with the company. Site manager will have you doing additional work out of requirement for the position without a possible raise.
