Pros

The only Pros are a steady income and a few coworkers. Good job if you're just starting out and don't plan on being there long

Cons

Just about everything with this place is a Con. Worked for this company for over 8+ yrs and have had a raise twice (due to the fact they have a " raise freeze" according to management). The company expects you to be a robot. Employees are overworked and underpaid (unless you're one of the favorites). They don't care about their employees or patients. Also there are tons of HIPPA laws being violated and this is something that is know by management. The company treats all their patients like numbers and those numbers have to be met by the end of the week for the conference call with the corporate office.

Pros

Enjoyed taking care of the patients. Also, met some hard working people. However most quality employees don't last very long there.

Cons

Very poor salary, no raises or bonuses. No training provided for support staff. Staff made to lie to patients. There is an incentive program that allows managers hire friends and family &be reimbursed for referring them to the company. Many inept & unqualified people working here.

Experience. Medical benefits. 401k. Ability to transfer to another Radnet facility under approval of management. Higher chance of being hired as full time since the company is basically a revolving door.

Cons

Extremely fast paced, low salary, no incentives or appreciation. Extremely low morale due to lack of management and lack Of communication. No sense of patient care, employee welfare, or teamwork.
