Pros

None. This place was awful. Managers and coworkers were great but the company - not so much.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. No raises in more than a decade. Long time employees are not valued.

Pros

Radnet as a whole is not bad.

Cons

Borg and Ide has poor upper management. They do not interact with individual sites. They do nothing for employee morale. We are all expendable to them. You are not given the tools and knowledge to expand your career. Once a year they "celebrate you" on employee appreciation week which they put no effort into. Very disappointing.
