Pros
Lower level staff who give their all to stay afloat. They work hard for long hours to go above and beyond. Agree with another post. Great stepping stone for better job in healthcare.
Cons
Project Managers cheat on their time sheets. They are overpaid whiners who work a couple hours a week. They never dock their time off and claim to work hard. Sending out 5 emails does not equal 5 hours of work. They claim to work from home but are always unavailable when you email them. When they do respond it's usually later in the week and from their phone. If they take long to respond, it gives the impression they're very busy with work. On top of that they have their Infosec dept covering their tracks. The main use for Infosec is to snoop on people IM leaders dislike or people IM Leaders are trying to get close to. The ones they want to get close to are usually execs or people who work closely with executives. They read their emails on future organization plans, ideas, etc. This is the main reason why there were C-level promotions within IM. They claim to think at the exec level after snooping through execs emails! After they access and copy the info needed from exec emails and computers, they request to have their hard drives stripped. It's happened several times. They recruit other employees from the IM division to help with corruption.
