Fair to good pay with loads of OT. Per diem and mileage. Average management.

Cons

Life on the road full time.... Almost never home unless you request it. (That's really normal for Railroad work!)

Raipros Trainer Adam Lawley has been such a very crucial and integral part of my Railpros Flagger learning process. He has taught key tasks and duties to be a successful flagged in the field. The knowledge that I have obtained from him has been constructive and also a joy in my Railpros Flagger journey. I look forward to spending more Training time with Mr. Lawley.

I made a lot of lifelong friends.

Cons

I lost my job, there was inappropriate behavior pushed upon me, and I stood up for myself. Senior execs should be better. I wish Glassdoor would allow me to be more specific, but I can’t. Just know, it’s not a serious company. There would be more negative reviews on LinkedIn if it wasn’t for their “paid” employment severance package with an nda. Shortly after my review gets approved, if it does, you’ll see a canned response from the company. This should be all you need to know. Do not apply here. I’ll be going to an actual reputable Engineering firm. And, don’t be fooled by the “we are growing” platform, or Align 29. There is nothing aligned at this company.
