Pros

The entire experience from the initial phone interview all the way through the hiring process and training have far exceeded my expectations. This group of people that make RailPros who they are is truly special. Ken Koff took time out of his busy schedule to host 2 different new hire calls to fit into the employee's schedules to ensure each and every one of us had an opportunity to feel seen and heard. My team is one of the most supportive, transparent, and openly welcome teams I have worked with. I'm still new and learning the ropes, but am still heard and my opinion is valued.

Pros

Not even a single one

Cons

If you are anything but straight, you’ll be targeted. If you’re pretty, you’ll be harassed. More than likely by the CEO. Not to worry, in house counsel will ensure it’s covered up. That severance will ensure it never gets out. If you’re black, need not apply. Don’t take my word for it, just look at their staff! Know this, while your out struggling to pay the bills, the directors, AVPs, VPs, SVPs. And anyone else with an acronym for their silly position except for RWIC will be out having high dollar meals, enjoying six figure bonuses, and only worried about making that $.
