      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are great, unfortunately, many of the best ones have already left or are on their way out.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly says to “reach out to People Operations” if you have concerns, but that department is in complete disarray and a big part of the problem. They’ve let go of strong employees out of insecurity, while others are leaving because they’ve had enough of the dysfunction. There’s no real growth unless you’re a favorite. It’s demoralizing to see people without PE licenses getting promoted or hired over those who actually have the credentials and experience. Decisions are inconsistent, favoritism is rampant, and morale is low across the board. Reaching out does nothing, there’s no accountability, and nothing changes.

      Has potential but senior leadership is lacking.

      Pros

      Great safety department. Lot of very hard working and caring people work here regardless of issues listed.

      Cons

      Senior leadership lacks diversity which results in lack of objectivity. Promotions don't seem to be given based on merit. Operation directors do not take evaluations seriously which leads to lack of direction and pathways for promotion.
