They reward you when you do a great job at your job.

Cons

The Reward for doing a great job is to do someone else's work, Low pay, don't ask for a raise you might get fired.

A lot of empty promises

Usually get a lot of overtime, hotel is paid by company so no out of pocket for that

Cons

Low pay, very hard to advance, raises are few and far between, not much home time
