Pros

None there are no pros to this company. Read full review before going to work here

Cons

Bad company to work for they have there favorites and if you are not in the click then you won't last long. Also took 2.5 months to get my missing wages finally fixed. Most of the Supervision drinks after work to the point they are still drunk the next morning during they're meetings with the company that hired Railworks to perform the work.

Pros

Good snacks in the pantry

Cons

Be thankful for being considered for the AP Mgr's position. You would've been fired by now. I think I was the unfortunate one who got the job. I was terminated after 2 months of successfully getting the AP Team on the same page, but local management didn't like that. You're not missing anything, believe me. The Directors there are as phony and ineffective as I've ever seen.

Pros

A bunch of nice people in the other departments, company provides healthy snacks, coffee, water. Decent benefits, job satisfaction from the actual work.

Cons

Extremely high turnover of AP staff due to poor management. Managers are very rude to certain employees, ongoing lack of communication between managers and staff. No guidance nor direction from current managers since the previous supervisor who was very knowledgeable resigned due to lack of recognition for the hard work and dedication to the department. Ongoing favoritism shown to a few employees who do not deserve the "red carpet" treatment given to them, while other hardworking employees who give 110% got no recognition whatsoever! This experience has left me with a sour taste and I will now have to think twice before bending over backwards in my next position.
