metrics for sucess are too hard

good team, aus leaders great

Cons

the metrics are terrible as they are run under an american model, who expect australian staff to make more money then they can as all the buying and paying customer are american and thus asleep during aus hours. I was also lied too and told that i was good by the aus team and they would keep us around to the next morning told by USA team that they were letting me go

Amazing Benefits - Remote, Familiarization trips, Work Away from Primary Location

Fully remote company that allows you to work away from primary location. Management that listen to you and good job opportunities.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning, No company is perfect, but Railbookers is always improving and changing things for the benefit of the company, customers and employees.
