Pros

The pay is alright if you're a crew leader and manage to get some overtime.

Cons

Some of the other employees can be difficult to work with. The management loves to play favorites. Even though they want you to work "safely" they find ways to gripe at you for not finishing your work. Bad place to work, always in a rush to get things done. Might as well change their name to Railslave.
