The company itself isn't terrible. The way it's ran by the vp is..they have a bully mentality and threaten to fire you if you don't comply with falsifying documents

Cons

Vp and regional leader wanted all documents shared with the costumer to be falsified to reflect results to make the company look more efficient and safe. Will also promote drug users as long as they comply with there unethical practices

Pros

The benefits are great, insurance is spot on, 401k has a nice match and the PTO was a little bit of a struggle to get due to our schedule structure but they worked with us and honored our original contracts and gave us our 80 hrs of paid time off.

Cons

Guys that have been on the transloading side have a distinct advantage over those who have not.

Pros

Not laying off people even though Oil is terrible and Alberta has shed thousands of workers. Your pay is steady, every two weeks, no worries. Shedule has lots of days off (but see cons).

Cons

Huge employee turnover. Pay only okay and you jump through hoops for 25 cent quarterly raises. Schedule is weird as you work days then nights then get days off. You are always tired, even for your first two days off (of four or five).
