Pros

Regular, scheduled pay increases. Good benefits. Daily safety briefings. Worked with good people. Company encourages learning. Job will help keep you fit.

Cons

Salary below other railroad jobs I've had. Can be disqualified for bonuses easily. Non-union. Expected to perform maintenance on locomotives, including changing brakes, etc

Pros

There is no pros at railserve

Cons

A fly by night company. They lie to the costumers, They micromanage. They will try to bully you. The upper management doesn't know what there doing and will cut lower managements throat to make them look like they do. really a poor place to work. If you want to make little money until you find something better then work for railserve until something better comes along. If you want a career then go somewhere else.
