Pros

- Frequent meetings, parties and celebrations in the company which was fun. - 50% off food discount - Hands on training - Comfortable uniform - Decent starting pay and raises (started at $9 - when I left I was at $13.10) - Holiday Pay -

Cons

- Management would almost refuse to cross-train you. To be a certified trainer you have to be trained in kitchen and counter. I worked Drive-thru primarily and they had me do toast for 20 mins so they could train me. So then I could train people in Drive-thru. - Drive thru had unrealistic expectations, you often had one person or two working and were supposed to ensure a wrapped building was taken care of in under 20 minutes. You were also yelled at if kitchen was taking long for an order and a car was waiting. - prepping - obviously making Cane Sauce, Honey Mustard and Slaw are part of the job but often you would be told to prep while working counter and drive. The prep station was out of view of the front counter and it would be hard to switch between them. There was never really anyone assigned to prep which would of made it a little easier - constant cleaning - which is appreciated however we weren't able to stand around for a moment to take a breather which is a lot after you have a 20 car drive thru and are on your feet for 6 hour shifts. - You were never really told about any benefits you had, I worked there for 3 years and never knew my full benefits or even how to access them. - If it was Christmas Eve or a holiday they could justify you would be working. We would close for the superbowl but not for Christmas Eve...

Pros

Amazing team atmosphere Shifts go fast because of high volume sales Virtually Unlimited hours avaliable

Cons

I was being paid a dollar an hour less than people I was training. They were coming in at a higher rate than I was making after being with the company for 2 years and earning every available promotion. The absolute failure of management to retain the old crew. You will be stressed your entire shift until you get the hang of your job.
