Pros

The management team is really good at my restaurant, and Crew Members are always appreciated and rewarded for doing well. There are several get togethers outside of work, and the restaurant is closed on all major holidays.

Cons

Working in fast food in general isn't all that great. You'll get dirty and sweaty if you work in the kitchen, and dealing with some of the customers can be difficult sometimes.

Pros

The pros are that is provided a flexible work schedule, great work environment, friendly coworkers, and 30 minute lunch break with free meal.

Cons

The cons were the management and the constant changes or lack of structure. Many times management forgot to order something that the restaurant needed causing us to leave early or borrow from other restaurants in the area
