      Great environment. Better pay than any other fast food. Work hard and you'll be respected

      Stingy company. As a low paying job the work gets terribly depressing after so many months or so

      Flexible hours, unless you decide (too quickly!) to take someone's shift Management provides plenty of positive feedback Upward mobility- if you want to be a manager, it can happen Great "culture," or atmosphere
