Pros

Fun environment, fast-paced, opportunities to grow, involved in the community, competitive pay, good benefits, closed on holidays and closed early on the super bowl, everyone knows who the CEO is.

Cons

Recently been a lot of company change (not all seems necessary), policies can seem greedy/profit-driven, some rules can create inefficiency.

Pros

-fun -average pay for a high school or college job -potential for growth -flexible schedule

Cons

I had zero formal training whatsoever. My first day they stuck me on a register up front because 3 people called out. The manager was stuck running the kitchen and I had to run an extremely busy peak shift alone up front. Several month later they finally threw me into the drive-thru on a busy night for the same reason. Fast-forward many months later, after two months of speaking with all the managers about getting trained in the kitchen, they all refused because they all said there was no time. Eventually I ended up staying an hour or so after my shift to get my co-workers to try and train me in the kitchen. One day when we were short again, I got the chance to prove myself in the kitchen and was finally assigned kitchen shifts from then on. Even though at first the job was fun, every employee with the occasional exception either drank heavily or did drugs. More than once I had my entire kitchen crew come in completely stoned and could not function, leaving me to run the shift and be in charge of the close. Depending on who your management is, growth is hit or miss. I had the highest rating on my evaluation out of the whole store. I was told I was being considered for promotion multiple times and to "keep working hard", which led to them paying me almost nothing for exceptional work. Favoritism was extreme. I was lied to about my benefits when I asked if I had any (apparently full-time employees have dental and I was told no when I asked about it).
