Pros

Fun and Friendly atmosphere Address complaints and settle disputes quickly and effectivly good pay for a fast food industry job Work hard to allow employees to go to school

Cons

crew members are not always up to the task work load of three people for two employees Seem to invest more time and hours into those that dont work as hard where as the crew members that deserve training for management dont always get recognized and pushed through due to being to good on the line

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere. Better pay than the average fast-food establishment. Managers seem very friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Picking up the slack for non-ambitious, younger employees and managers who aren't committed. Random drops in hours scheduled. Not reliable paycheck.

Pros

It's a great working environment. They have a great training program. The mangagement is well triained and are great to work under.

Cons

The only downside that I would see to working at Canes is that they stay open late. Sometimes I do work till 4am.
