Pros

For the most part, Raising Canes is relaxed and more personal than I thought. The managers talk around with employees all the time. When the rushes hit, you work with a sense of urgency, but for the most part the managers are encouraging rather than getting upset and yelling.

Cons

Really the only con is the 80s and country music that some managers are fond of. Does not bother me but would rather listen to more upbeat and energetic stuff.

Pros

Cool people to work with, it's a great first job. They aren't rude if you're late or can't show, that's the best thing about this job.

Cons

Not enough hours, some of the managers are downright rude and act better because they've been here longer, not cool.
