The company is set up so there is absolutely no grey areas. You know 100% exactly how something is supposed to be done. Paid Holidays Many different opportunities

Cons

Just because it is set up that way, doesn't mean it is always enforced. To keep everything running smooth the higher ups have to put in those hours and they don't always do that. Same with opportunities, they are there. But you don't have the final say so in whether or not you get them. Sometimes it is out of your control and that's hard to deal with.

Fun people to be around. The place always has music on and the people that you work with will always sing along with the music!

Cons

Employees are "special" There is a lot of swearing. Some employees get away with things because they are friends with the managers... Lots of talk about weed smoking and getting drunk.
