Pros

Your coworkers all understand and live through what you are experiencing so it was a great experience making friends

Cons

Management is usually hired within company but many would use this power to take advantage of certain individuals and make them work astronomically harder then some of the other workers

Pros

Benefits and they somewhat enforce good practices and standards

Cons

Shady, not trustworthy, doesnt value people and would rather open new stores than train people properly and then blame them for not knowing what to do.

Pros

Lots of free Cane's gear, lavish (and frequent) company-sponsored events, great company culture, required restaurant training, Founder & Co-CEO is an amazing leader

Cons

Culture has dramatically changed over the past few years, strict work schedule, no working from home allowed for some, favoritism, politics, corruption with restaurant support office managers, directors and VPs.
