Pros

The company values create an environment for which crewmembers and managers can connect and be one cohesive team. Scheduling is flexible, the pay is great, and the work is not overwhelmingly hard.

Cons

I can work for long hours at a time, and sometimes my manager will schedule me for closing night shifts and opening shifts the next morning; it can be draining, and I'm in school!
