Pros

Benefits, pay, holidays off, original restaurant was great as was the crew, "canes love"

Cons

The Area Leader is never in the restaurant, feedback was contradictory. I was held more accountable for the restaurants performance than the RL. Crew call crew relations over anything and everything and don't bring their concerns to manager. The RL doesn't enforce or follow standards but requires other managers to. RL was a liar and manipulative. Goals are unobtainable and it sucks working so hard for it to never be good enough. Work life balance became non existent as there was never time at the restaurant to get schedule and other things done so had to work at home on top of working 60+ hours in restaurant running shift.
