Worst type of management ever

Pros

Pros? Can’t find very many

Cons

Worst type of management ever. Will hire inept crew members and then promote them for doing the worst job all while praising them for their terrible performance. Crew members start drama all because they act like high schoolers even though most of them are 35 y/o. Management and crew bully new hires because they feel insecure about themselves. Hard work goes unnoticed because of favoritism. Raises are non-existent even though management will lead you to believe they’re achievable. Management makes empty promises every chance it gets. Inconsistent goals. Management gets bonuses and promotions off of crew members’ hard work while the crew get nothing in return. There are no opportunities for growth. Managers will also make racist and sexist comments all in the guise of “inclusivity”. Cherry picks who they want to promote regardless of their performance. No corrective actions- management lets everything slide which proves they have no standards except their own

Pros

You learn a lot at Raising Cane's, such as how to deal with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. They teach you how to multitask, pay attention to details, prioritize tasks, and be proactive and team-oriented. Your work will be awarded at Raising Cane's. They are flexible with you if you communicate ahead, My bosses never denied my time off requests. The supervisors made sure that they had a healthy and good work environment.

Cons

You will smell fried food and be on your feet all day long. Working in a fast food restaurant like Raising Cane's is a tiring job for people over 45 years old.
