Good company shakey managers

Pros

Works with your schedule, easy job, get coworkers, decent pay

Cons

Management isn’t great. The promote a lot from within & make managers fast so half of them have no idea what they are doing . Manager favorites get promoted first even if not fit.

Pros

Good pay Professional setting, no biases, no unfairness to crewmembers from managers Flexible hours, they don’t schedule you outside your hours of availability Easy to advance within the company Great for college students like me.

Cons

It can be stressful at times BUT that is the case at any related job with lesser pay. Most of the time though, it’s less stressful than those other jobs. I guess that is the advantage of working in a really successful fast food restaurant, they can afford to automate a lot of things to help the employees do their job quickly

Hardest job/best return

Pros

Job is very rewarding if you are willing to put in extra effort. And of course the more effort you put in early leads to easier times down the road. Cane’s is also very good about recognizing the hard work and paying accordingly. The bonus potential makes the hard work worth it. I’ve found that the work itself can feel extremely overwhelming but with a good team and solid strategy the workload can be distributed and life is easier for all!

Cons

Work/life balance is tough at first. Especially if you are traveling while training. But the effort is worth it in the end
