Pros

Internal promotion/hiring Growth opportunities as a crew member Frequent raises

Cons

Corporate does not care about crewmembers Cloak-and-dagger behavior around the termination of a manager at my restaurant Was personally threatened and manipulation by HR Cesspool for gossip and drama, resulting in a toxic work culture Management can't handle reactive crewmembers and end up just trying to shut them up, resulting in crewmembers feeling unappreciated and discontent.

Pros

Great benefits and growth opportunities for Ops managers and BU, specifically the RL & RP benefits! This is one of the only companies in the QSR industry that require employee appreciation and build it into culture at every level.

Cons

RSO benefits are lacking with regard to long-term incentives, bonus structure, & overall compensation.
