      There seems to be a fear to innovate. Seems to be afraid of trying new things if it takes a little bit of time. Some POC are made on the engineering side but it is almost always shut down for no real good reasons. Most of the work is bug fixing, and dealing with miscommunications with other teams. During my time there, I barely interacted with any of the senior-leadership. They visited only once and don't really care about you. There is no clear path to promotion or career growth, and day to day honest feedback is lacking. Some engineers are really deserving but are stuck in their current positions, even if they could be accomplishing a lot more given the right opportunities.
