They don't get it

Pros

Company name recognition is the only pro.

Cons

Inefficiency at all levels. Company direction unclear. No internal promotion track or path to advancement. Low unit production spread across too many factories, should be vertical. Design needs to catch up to the times, modernize brand and price point to work in the present market. Management gets everything wrong, doesn't offer solutions or support employees, but operates in panic mode and hopes the next chart or graph will solve their human challenges. Production is way too complicated, reinvents the wheel every chance it gets, inefficient. Surprised they're still in business.

Pros

RL is an amazing brand with strong potential. The company is improving its leadership and slowly getting up to speed with the times. If you are smart, you will be worked to the ground. It is an environment where you sink or swim and there is little development or training. They are working at improving training and benefits, with exciting initial results.

Cons

poor leadership poor systems lack of clear career paths and role definition poor distribution of workload
