Many people work as temp/freelance for long periods of time promising full employment and then not delivering on that request, HR will always side with upper management. - Revolving door

Glass ceiling. Don't even think about getting a promotion if you are African-American. It is a very hard glass ceiling. There is almost no leadership that is African-American, and the company refuses to do anything about it, even though there are lots of qualified internal candidates. Not a good place to work.
