Cons

- Upper Management Changes Their Mind Everyday - No Room For Growth In Most Departments - The Brand Does Not Know How To Move Into The Future - No New Ideas - No New Innovation - No Diversity (Mostly Young White Females)

Pros

Great pay. Never ask for minimum wage. Always work to do, if you're the type to get bored. Very flexible shifts.

Cons

New dress code enacted in August of 2016. Requiring all employees to wear only a navy top and chinos/dark denim. Idiocrity. Keep note Ralph himself no longer oversees this company as he did. And now, it's closing stores and ruining its image. No longer has the feel of Polo Ralph Lauren. Just a company ghosting the values and style that was once the world of Ralph Lauren.

Pros

Discounts and sample sales, steady income, coworkers, health insurance ( although that has gotten bad in the past couple years). Thats it

Cons

Work culture. As with most fashion companies, who you know takes you further. Unfortunately, the division of work is extremely lopsided depending on the department. Also, you cannot trust anything HR or upper management say and always have to dig deeper to get a straight/ completely truthful answer. The HR dept at Ralph Lauren is not there to help you but rather protect the company.
