Pros

I'm a few days over my 90 day mark, everyone has been very welcoming. Not what I expected from an office job. The office is kept clean and professional. Pay is good. You don't take work home. Just getting my benefits, sick and paid time off.

Cons

Schedules are given far out in advance but your days off will rotate. Haven't been there too long but coworkers have said you'll have to work some/most holidays.

Pros

Good training program. Room for advancement. HUGE new part of the building just finished and it is sweet. It is nice to see a company investing in Syracuse. I know many people who worked for companies that downsized or moved out of CNY, and it's good to see a company putting down roots and investing in its facility and workers.

Cons

Old space has crowded bathrooms, although new space has single ones!
