Thought I would only be here a few months

Pros

Work you do not take home with you. You come in, sit down, work in your queue. Then the amazing part, you go home and work stays at work. The pay is much better than a lot of other starting jobs in the area. There is a huge amount of training that goes into it. Overtime you can pick from the large schedule. Paid lunches.

Cons

Do not be late. Every now and then isn't the end but once you get two. "We are sensing a pattern here, is this going to be an issue?" If you have legitimate reasons like bad weather or things you can't do something about it's fine but just, don't be late.

Worked out well

Pros

The starting pay was great. Helped to have prior military experience. They seem to support this pretty well and get you engaged. A whole month of training before released. The training staff is really there to help you out. You can ask them questions all day long they'll stay there to help it was great watching this. I highly recommend heading here if you're in the area, need a full-time job with standard benefits. If you've got a family it's a pretty clear go to to me.

Cons

The cleaners are in the bathroom it feels like every hour. It can be tough to find the right time to go to the bathroom on a break. You can take extra breaks if need but if it becomes a pattern they ask you about it.

OVERTIME

Pros

Get that OT. Weekly sign ups for overtime. It isn't always dropped at the same time. Rotates weekly but oh em gee it's worth. Pay and OT options are the best reasons to work here. You can pick up a lot of hours if your willing to put in the effort.

Cons

You gotta work. It's not social time. You're lucky if you can get something consistent with a buddy going who works similar hours but there is no guarantee on the daily. Make the best of it.
