Pros

Ok pay, great health insurance with very low employee contribution if you are going with the individual plan. High turnover results it frequent chances for promotion. Co-workers are great.

Cons

Repetitive, gets old and mind numbing after the first 5 months. Quality Assurance will pick apart your calls with a fine tooth comb and take of what seems like an arbitrary amount of points. Set hours but not set days, just two days off every 7, with only one weekend every 5 weeks.

Pros

Decent beginning pay. No experience needed, will train.

Cons

Micromanaged. Rarely allowed to leave desk. If even 1 minute late from break, you will be written up! Have to ask permission to use rest room. Constantly monitored!
