Pros

Great Work life and Home Balance, Excellent Benefits, PTO (2 volunteer days - unheard of), ability to WFH when necessary and lovely coworkers. I've never worked somewhere with so many pros.

Cons

Sometimes management is pulled in so many directions that it's hard for employees to know what's happening but overall they delegate tasks nicely.

Pros

- RapidScale has been mixing up the management team quite a bit by adding a lot of experienced managers to their roster. - New processes and new tools being put in place to help make the work more streamlined and less prone to issues. - Constantly learning new things that will help build you in both your career as well as your personal life. - Great benefit plan put in place by a stable parent company, Cox Enterprises.

Cons

- The workload is nothing to scoff at. There will be times when you are overwhelmed and struggling. However, the management staff is extremely helpful in helping employees get back on track before burn out happens. - Training can sometimes be very on the job rather than up front. Part of that comes from how much there is to learn that going over everything upfront would take a long time. However, our training methods have gotten better and you will feel comfortable starting work in as little as a couple of weeks. - This is not your typical 9-5 job. There will be plenty of days when you have to work more in order to make sure that you do not fall behind. However, this does not go unnoticed by management and your work is rewarded.
