Pros

A ton of transparency throughout the organization when it comes to goals, what's next etc. Alot of $ is spent on tools, which gives the team the upper hand to be successful.

Cons

Pay your employees when they separate from the company what they are owed. I had to push back and even consider hiring an attorney to get them to pay me the commissions that are owed. Not even sure that happened. Not only that but when I was laid off, I was told the same day mine and my families medical insurance will be shut down same day. Who does that?? No severance, zero respect. Not a company I would recommend based on that experience alone.

The stressful environment isn’t scalable

Pros

Coworkers are genuinely kind and supportive. Many are empathetic, thoughtful people who unfortunately seem to be taken advantage of for those same traits.

Cons

Every day at RapidScale feels like some kind of fire drill, and leadership rarely acknowledges what employees do to keep things running. The culture is driven by fear, not trust. Leadership promotes “empathy” and “transparency” but acts in the opposite way. Examples: Recent RTO policies reportedly threaten disciplinary action, even termination, if employees don’t come into the office three days per week. Allegedly, “Exceptions for illness and emergencies must be communicated and approved in advance.” Earlier this year, mass layoffs happened with no communication or acknowledgment from management, which destroyed morale and made it clear that employees are viewed as disposable.

Leadership only Cares about profit. Not People.

Pros

Right now, there are none.

Cons

We‘re bleeding cash. Leadership doesn’t care about people, you can tell by the attrition rate. They want to have speed but they don’t put the process in place. Too much change, not enough change management. It’s getting ridiculous.
