Pros
Volunteering here was an extremely fulfilling experience, and it felt like I was making a real difference. They were extremely organized and had well-defined curriculums that assuaged all of my worries that I wouldn't be competent enough to tutor in reading. They also were more than willing to give me a flexible schedule so that I could come in a few extra times a week when I was free. The site manager where I volunteered was also extremely friendly.
Cons
It's hard to think of any downsides, the environment was quite pleasant and I really enjoyed volunteering there.
