      Pros

      People you work with really make you want to come to your job. Look forward to the people around me

      Cons

      Management and unreliable compensation structure. Constantly changing goals to match corporate's demand resulting in unfair commission structure set up to fail with no support or help.

      Pros

      The new president John Blobner has done a great job of turning the morale around within the company. He is very knowledgable and interacts with his employees. He honestly values his employees and encourages any feedback from them to improve processes. I hope he stays the president, the whole company does.

      Cons

      Management needs to learn to trust their employees and trust their decisions they make. If their employees come to them they need to listen and for solutions. You can't be changing the processes on the emails every week and expect them to be able to provide results that quick. Management needs to come out of their office and sit and listen to the daily struggles with their employees every so often.

      Pros

      This is a great company with a lot of opportunity if you are willing to work through the growing pains. Benefits are great and inexpensive, good 401K match. I do not recommend this company if you are not willing to work at a quick pace.

      Cons

      The moral has hit an all time low. The former president was known for his nasty remarks and blatant disrespect for his employees. Our interim president is well respected and approachable. For the sake of the employees I can only hope he is not holding the spot for another tyrant to step in.
