      Pros

      I have to enter 5 words for pros. But my answer is "nothing"

      Cons

      Empty promises, cash incentives, hiring more people. The only problem with them "hiring" more people is that those people see how it is and run for the hills. Deplete all departments and expect Dispatch to handle it. Employees pick up the hang the phone back up on their CUSTOMERS. No customer service at all. This place acts like they don't care about a single person in that building.

      Pros

      I started at Ready as a temp and was converted to an official employee last year. Coming from the temp job world I have seen a lot different companies. Ready is best so far. The benefits are great and the pay is a as good as other places.

      Cons

      Some of the departments don't communicate between each other to solve problems. Sales to promises the world to customers and expects the others to deal with it.

      Pros

      Never any down time so it made the days go by a lot faster. I did not ever feel micromanaged. Most people were nice?

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Management would not follow through with promises (cash incentives, etc.) No room for growth. Would get rid of whole departments, put all of their work on other employees on top of everything else they had to do. set unrealistic standards.
