This is a job where you are paid in excellent company culture in addition to a living wage. I'm someone who doesn't just care about the money. I need a job that has upward mobility potential and a team that cares about its people. I found that here. Started as an intern 2 years ago and now I'm in a place I never thought I'd be. You definitely get what you put in here. I love that.

Cons

This job isn't easy. Lots of hard work goes into reaching the top. If you are only money-motivated, this job isn't for you. If you want a relaxed gig, don't apply. The people who succeed here are hungry for opportunity and dedicated to growing themselves. It's exciting but it's hard. You need an eye for detail, a humble attitude, and a wild drive for "what's next."

Excellent coworkers. I still keep in contact with many of them and consider them friends. Learned some very valuable skills that helped me decide a career path and ultimately allowed me to advance. I owe my success to Kristi and Kate teaching me the skills I needed to succeed. I will forever be thankful for the experience I gained. Took care of employees during covid.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Small company so this is understandable. No bonuses. Benefits were okay. Raises were below inflation, effectively lowering your salary every year. Customer base can be a bit difficult to deal with. Company structure went through big changes in a short amount of time.

I've been with the company for 11 years and it only improves year after year! The owner of the company strives to make this a great place to work. Not only does it have company perks, benefits, and a 401K match, but rarely do you find an owner that makes it a point to walk around and say hi to everyone in the office every day. It sets the tone for a culture that's supportive, fun, and promotes teamwork and collaboration. You really feel like you can count on your teammates in all departments to help solve issues and for overall support. Laughing with co workers is a normal part of the day.

Cons

This can be a stressful business, but you do learn a lot. Coping skills for stress are beneficial.
