Higher end pay scale for Sacramento PM's.

Cons

Lack of holiday time off compared to most established PM companies. Operations manager is awkward, egotistical, and hostile. Lack of transparency with revenue share (Monthly bonus). The current senior property manager lacks effort and should never have been promoted. There is ZERO sick time only PTO

Good pay, good people to work with.

Cons

It is a franchise and was sold. All of us were laid off as they had their "own" people. Dealing with Tenants, Owners and Vendors is quite a juggling act. No time for much else. Calls can come in at any time of day or night for Maintenance Emergencies. Owners were stingy on what to have repaired and always complained about the cost.

Management creates a hostile work environment, pitting coworkers against one another. Dangling promotions and raises in front of your nose, but never follow through on them.
