Great commission split, freedom of self employment, App based programs for easy social distancing, no brick and mortar

Cons

100% on your own for all ads, signs, and marketing so a lot of out of pocket expenses, can be tough if you’re a new agent

We have a lot of online training and networking opportunities internally that I find very accessible and a valuable resource for new agents.
