We received $25 in company swag on acquisition.

Cons

I worked for a company that was acquired by RM. What resulted was cuts to benefits, paid time off, and retirement savings. Totalled to over 10k annually in lost benefits. It took 7 months to cash out my 401k after leaving due to blackout periods of one carrier to another.

Pros: Benefits are good. However, if/when you depart ways you are not compensated for your accrued time off.

Cons

Management is the worst I’ve seen in the industry. Upper echelons do not support their staff as needed and continually pile new expectations on the team. Company morale on the large scale is positive. However, the office team misses the mark. Stay far away.
