Innovative, but slow

Pros

The best thing about RealManage is the people who work there. Most people I know list that as the reason they stay. The pay rates are average for the market.

Cons

This company is trying to grow and emulate a lot of what larger companies do. The problem with that is they are slow to bring on more staff to account for the increased work load. Most, if not every department, is short-staffed and heavily overworked. This has been the trend for the entire time I've worked here. The pay is typically average and that's about it. Don't do extra work, it won't bring value to you or your future pay. They give minimal annual raises. If you request a higher raise than what is offered, you will not likely get it, or if you do, you still have to wait until they implement raises one time a year. They don't promote or look to fill roles with current employees who may be interested in open positions. They largely depend on hiring from the outside and typically have high turnover rates because of this and the average pay range.

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Proprietary software.

Cons

Too many portfolio communities per CAM. No admin team to assist. Leadership made many promises but did not deliver.
