Pros

Their technology is really impressive; a potential game-changer in a pathetic industry.

Cons

Upper management has no clue in dealing with personnel issues. They've managed to assemble a highly intelligent management team with zero emotional intelligence. Most have difficultly even conversing with employees. Mid management quality deteriorates annually. Without their technology, they wouldn't last 15 minutes even in this weak industry.

Pros

As someone who has left the industry, many skills you learn are transferable. As a CAM, you learn accounting, public speaking, customer facing skills, time management, etc. The software used can be a great selling point if you are looking to move to the tech field. I’m grateful for my time at this company because I was able to use these skills to sell myself to another company for a 30k raise in a far less stressful field.

Cons

If you are a good manager, you cannot work less than 60+ hours a week. The pay does not reflect the effort you must put into the job. The insurance was also atrocious.
