Pros

Nothing. They are incompetent. That is all I can say.

Cons

These have to be fake reviews. 3.7?!? Yea right. This company is impossible to work for and work with. Revolving door of community managers that don’t stay more than 3 months. They put too much work on each community manager under their employment and hire incompetent people for the most part who don’t keep their promises. Do NOT work for or with this company. At least out of the Denver branch.

Pros

The hours for managers are pretty flexible.

Cons

There was a major turnover in upper management which led to an exhausting office environment. New management micromanages everything and the bond of trust has completely disappeared. RM no longer values any of the CAM's or their opinions. It's too bad, before the big change it was a fun place to work.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry that you felt undervalued and can assure you that every member of our team is vital to our success and our goal is to support our teams as best possible to further that success. There have been no changes or turnover in upper management however, the executive teams remain the same with the addition of a few key roles that were created and not "replaced" as well as some local leadership changes that involved promoting some leaders but all of those changes were made to improve the company culture and have been well received. We also very much value all of the feedback from every employee, from CAM's to Executive we try to incorporate these goals in our employee engagement and learning initiatives and we apologize if you didn't feel as though there was enough of a focus on your feedback. Thanks again for the suggestions on how we can improve.

Pros

The executive team trust that their staff will do the right thing. Do not burn that bridge and you are golden. Ability to get things done quickly and before due dates. Flexible schedules as this is not a 8 a to 5 9 M- F job at all. Allows you to show leadership, build your team.

Cons

They hire military guys as Vice Presidents and higher and have no HOA experience and know nothing about the industry so the first year is a learning process. Which means once you hit DCAM as a non-military person now you get left behind and stuck in the position with little hope of moving up. DCAM and CAM members are 100% responsible for all facets of their associations manage and can be ugly even if they work harder and careful strategically with processes. You can not please everyone and the fact is BOD's change and only stay with a mgmt firm less than 5 years typically. BOD's hated the accounting department.
