the pros for me was that I was able to have a manageable schedule

Cons

The management needs a lot of work. You can be working there for years and you will have the same minimum wedge. you're disposable, it doesn't matter how many years you've been working there they will be having a meeting about lasting you go and inform you 2 months later without any notice nor severance pay.

Pros

Unlimited growth potential, great people and leadership, 2 days per week remote work and flexible working hours for accountants. very much wish I could stay.

Cons

Family medical, which has cost me >$15,000 in 2019, still has high deductible. Even with recent switch to UHC, cheapest family premiums are very high. Its unfortunate.

Worked from home most days

Cons

Low salary, overloaded workload, understaffed, and too many problems to list them all. They paint a great picture for clients and future employees but you will be more valued elsewhere.
