      You can work remotely in some roles

      Cons

      The leadership is stingy with raises and bonuses. No 401k match, poor benefits, they don't payout accrued PTO when you leave with notice unless it is required by state law. very high turnover unmanageable work load.

      Not much- the commute is close

      They have the highest turnover I have ever heard of.... they need to offer better training for those in the field, or maybe the properties they manage are actually really terrible hence why they have such a huge influx of service calls daily. Anyone that is not in the c-suite, most likely will not have anything great to say about this company, They have a nationwide staff of over 1000... with a I.T support team of two. The turnover is so high that the IT infrastructure is not anywhere near sufficient to support a company like this.... Management is incestual. Training for new hires is not sub par, at best.
