      Pros

      Very good vacation policy, relatively flexible working hours

      Cons

      Very narrow and biased business mindset. No strategic plan to turnaround but continuous cost saving from laying people offs.

      Pros

      Good people. Free snacks. Some cool technology. I worked in the games group (GameHouse) and it was just years of bad decisions, cruddy leadership and always-too-late ideas. Lots of good people were let go, but more than that the people left behind had very little hope of success.

      Cons

      Executive management is a mess. Lost their innovate edge years ago, just trying to stay alive. Not sure why the people in charge were in charge, except as cases of nepotism and tenure.

      Good products but poor foresight and upper management

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Nice new office. Ability to work with all sorts of current tech.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to focus on profit for now instead of investing in the future. Way too many layoffs that have been happening at least once a year. Reducing teams to be too lean and therefore cuts down on productivity. Marketing doesn't seem to be in tune with current trends.
