Pros

The benefits were very competitive. I worked with wonderful, smart people who were committed to the team's goals and objectives. The corporate culture was fun and playful when I first started several years ago.

Cons

The executive team was and still is slow to react to industry changes and competition. The CEO plays favorites and does not have a focused long term vision. Agree with the person who wrote "perpetual layoffs". There were layoffs within 3 months of my start date and they continued for years, at least once a year.

Small team with a startup focus, great culture and values. Awesome team.

Cons

Our team was trying to spin out like Rhapsody did, but Rob came back as CEO and didn't see the value in our business.
