      Pros

      nice colleagues. Some flexibility on what you are interested in. Good technical support, like wiki, account management and so on. Medical insurance is good.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is bad. They force you to take vacation on the week of Christmas and new year. They need to wait for 1 year before sponsoring your PR application.
